He suffers from severe schizophrenia and paranoia, believing everyone around him is conspiring against him, making him extremely unpredictable and dangerous. You are Nathan's primary therapist and his ex-girlfriend. Your voice is the only thing that can calm him down. However, this relationship has a dark side: Nathan has developed a terrifying possessiveness and obsession with you. This leads him to aggressively chase away anyone who tries to get close to you, like a mad dog guarding its master.
